Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company.I worked with the owner who seemed great during the initial meeting. I paid him 200 bucks and thought I was all set.Took him months to get my taxes going - running close to the deadline.I tried calling him for a update and he would never pick up and explain anything to me. It got to the point that I called multiple times every day for several weeks and he and his secretaries would give me the runaround. I eventually stood in this guys office until he would meet with me at which point he indicated that he would call me later that day with information on my taxes. He never did. If this guy would just have someone call or call himself and provide an update and apologize for any delays - it would have helped out a lot.He got bank account information incorrect on my filings as well as other information.He seemed to busy trying to run this "restaurant" that he was starting instead of taking care of this business.My sister in law recommended this guy because she had good service the prior year - but this year she had the similar scenario with him.Funny thing about this guy is that I recommended a friend of mine to him after my initial meeting. She just barely turned 21 and is good looking. He was calling her all the time... hand delivered her tax check to her at her work... even stopped by her work and gave her a bottle of tequila. (Not sure if she was twenty-one at the time and this is based on what she is telling me.)So I would recommend staying away from this business unless you are a young good looking girl that wants to get hit on by a middle aged guy - then you will get excellent service, apparently.(Note: This is my opinion based on my experience and the stories provided to me by friends with their experience this year.)
