Upon entering the business I was greeted and asked by Joshua to come to his cubicle which was in the middle of the store as he had several things to print and he needed to ask me a few questions as to the printing specs. When Joshua was almost done Gary Skalyo comes out and shouts across the back of the room as that is where he was at to the middle of the room where we were asking Joshua how long he is going to be helping me. Joshua tells him only a 2-3 min. So Gary tells me to wait in the front and without any courtesy or good customer service or manners. so I let him know Joshua asked me to his cubicle and then Gary says we don`t mind helping you out, to which I replied your not helping me out I am paying for this service, Gary then says well Joshua doesn`t need you hovering over him. At this point I let Gary know I didn`t come to cause problems let alone to argue and if it was that much of a inconvenience to him I would be happy to take my monies and business someplace else. Gary said why don`t you do that. At this point I asked him if he treated all Pastors like this, or all his customers, or just me as Im hispanic, and was dressed in shorts rather than in my business suit or my Clergy attire at the time. I was even thinking about buying a printer from him as they have Church size printers, and I just happen to know a lot of Pastors and Churches from here to Niagara Falls to Florida and Texas, who are professionals and we keep each other in the loop. Now I will NEVER do business with this organization and will in point of fact let all the Clergy know about the very rude treatment and that it made me fell harassed and prejudiced against. I hope he sees the Deputy Mayor of Buffalo business card I was given with their signature and comment on the back of that card I was getting a copy of made. I pray the good Lord delivers this man from prejudice. I forgive him but I`m still human and he did a good job hurting my feelings., It should be noted that Joshua the employee was professional and courteous the whole time and thank you to the owner for apologizing for how you treated me, it takes a man of integrity to admit when their wrong and apologize, I no longer think your prejudice. :)
