This is the worst processing company! I had them for 15 years. Just recently I had another company look over my statements and found they were charging me monthly for a processing terminal I hadnt used in 5 years! They owed me 800.00 dollars. I got it back after many weeks and phone calls. I then decided to cancel them. When I did they took 960.00 out of my account. They claim it was for a processing terminal that I no longer used. I had to swippers and I returned them the next day. It took me even more phone calls and 4 weeks to get my refund. I also feel the document stating they will take 960.00 out if terminal if not returned was cooy and pasted to create the document. I signed it 2016 the employee was 2018. Which is fishy. They are not nice on the phone especially Amirylis she was nasty and lied about how long before I would get the money back. Overall they are rip off artists.
