Applied for D&E for a pool approval. Only took about a week and a half. Just wanted to give Linda a BIG SHOUT out for the help. She was professional and responsive. Great HOA service
Our association hired D and E and what a mess they didn’t have insurance on our properties for almost a year and it’s 3 million dollars in commercial property. When I called to get a copy of the policy they kept lying saying they had one . When I contacted the insurance carrier the advise me it was cancelled do to non payment . They accounting practices are horrible !!!!!!!! After the insurance company sent me in writing that there was no coverage Dand E continued to say they have it but can’t produce a policy . So we fired them . We have also hired a company to audit there accounting . Also beware they are not Licensed or governed by any agency.
Poor communication skills . Don’t expect anything productive to get done .
If you dont have to deal with them. You will be better off. Dont have the knowledge to correct or refer you to. Takes them a long time to answer questions and return e mail or phone calls.
Unprofessional, never explains why fees go up, does not answer questions, and extremely rude/sarcastic. I wish there was a 0 rating.
They do not follow up on issues. They collect your money and nothing else. They were recently terminated from an HOA and refuse to turn over files and financials.
Do nothing except take money. 15 to 20 complaints about a certain residence. No response from D and E. This has allowed them to sell their meth and let their pitbulls attack others.
