Do not use this bank. I watched both Lucy and Jorge discriminate against a young woman trying to deposit money in her account. They called the police on her for telling the teller that she was being rude. The customer began recording their interaction. I helped the young woman to the nearest branch down the street and they helped her in under 5 minutes!
