Poor online banking system. Never works when I need it to work. The bank is usually closed when I need them. The support phone after work hours is absolutely a waste of time. Otherwise, pleasant staff.

You go into the branch at Burkburnett, and try to be pleasant to them and they just ignore you. Went ahead and just removed all my money and going to American national bank.
