ATM is always good. When I used to go inside I found the tellers unexplainably slow though. I’d guess the computers were very slow or the employees didn’t feel the need to get me done with my transaction speedily.

One of the tellers is consistently nice and friendly—closest to the main doors. The others have been curt and not very helpful. I have now gone in twice to pick up foreign currency and waited for twenty minutes only to leave without it, despite the notifications that it was ready to go in the branch. The issue has not been explained to me either visit.If you are looking for expedience, I would not suggest this branch. I am sure they are good at other things, but since they are usually curt and disorganized, I will use another of the many PNC banks in the area for major and minor transactions.
