Very rude and unprofessional team. They changed my scheduled appointment without my knowledge and were very aggressive on the phone when I pointed out that you would need to ask the client before unilaterally changing the appointment.

I called and spoke to an individual about a situation I was having with my landlord. He was very rude and hung up the phone. I called to ask questions and was made to feel like an idiot.
