Could be an ok company to work for if they had better training. Call center reps were nice and welcoming. I had to leave the training for the job was inconsistent making it difficult to learn the job in a reasonable time. The call center is open 24 hours also which makes no sense.

Very unorganized company. We have been trying to get paid on a claim from this company going on 2 months. We sent the same form over 3 times. Now they are rquesting different documents. Every time adifferent person with a different story.
