The tellers are awesome I wouldn’t change my bank for anything they always willing to help never half to wait

Really need to have more tellers working. Always need to wait

I had a problem with one of the accounts I have with that 5/3, and I had to call 3 times as well as go into the bank branch 1 time (the person I needed to see was unavailable) and still nobody got back to me or handled my communication. I should also note that I waited at least a week between calls to give them an opportunity to get back to me. I understand people are busy, but this is just bad customer service
