Very unprofessional, I called to find out how to handle a claim, the girl who answered the phone was not helpful so I left a message for the agent, Bob Dowdy to call me. When he called me he proceeded to yell at me. Very unprofessional and EXTREMELY RUDE! I would not ever do business with them!!!
