This branch is great. Nice people. Good service. CitiBusiness is a complete disaster. Unorganized, illogical, fragmented...Total cluster! I moved from Wells Fargo due to the fraud discovered about three years ago (yes, they took money out of my account illegally). However, I will say Wells was a good functioning bank. CitiBank is not. Anytime I interact with them outside the branch or online it’s a complete disaster. The one example I will give is I don’t want paper statements. Save some trees right? I requested this at the branch, online, on the phone, etc. I had to establish an entire new online portal account with a plastic password FOB they sent me in the mail (as crazy as it sounds, a small 1”x2” plastic calculator looking device). Of course that didn’t work and I still received papers statements. After many phone calls and the infamous FOB it turns out I HAVE to receive paper statement (totally environmentally irresponsible bank). All the jumping through hoops and I still get statements. But wait, there’s more! For a couple months I received my statements in triplicate! Like a kick when your down! Just crazy!Why the rant you may ask? Well, I have a new debit card for my business account (due to some fraud). Requested a new card 10 days ago. They never sent it. Requested it again and I got it in 24hrs...however it doesn’t work. I’m on hold now after being transferred 4x. Oh, live update...I was on this call for about 40min, on hold for about 20 mins and I was just NOW disconnected. Classic, just classic.Anyhow, my CitiBank saga goes on and on. There are so so many things wrong with them. Issue is to move banks is such a pain I will just sit and take it like a good consider does these days.Bottom line, if you are considering using CitiBusiness DONT! Save yourself many many headaches!

Long time Citi customer. The rain was falling they opened the door, I requested the best person in house Todd Barnes. Right away he demonstrated the behavior befitting a king. Over lunch he described the growth potential of the office and I was just short of asking for a job. A blessing to find an oasis.

For a personal account cannot ask for more - personable, know the account, go out of their way to please.

Worst bank known to man. Never open an account here. They closed my business account with no notice then sent a check for my account balance to the wrong address. Caused all checks, payroll...... to bounce. Horrible customer service, different answer every time I called. Branch is clueless, they tried to see my wife a line of credit when she found the account had been closed instead of dealing with the issue. So bad its criminal.

Shitibank sucks
