My wife and I have been working with Chris on a home construction loan. He has been exceptional to work with! Very transparent, patient, and minimizes fees as much as possible. It took us 8 months or more to get a building permit, and he stuck by us throughout the process. I highly recommend his services. Also, the process of actually getting the loan was very straightforward and reasonable.
