Understaffed. If you go to do anything other than and ATM transaction be prepared to wait or not have the right person to help. I am a huge fan of Chase Bank but they do not staff the branches to support the volume of business.

Rude tellers, and will charge you a fee for not having an account with them even if your check is endorsed by JPMORGAN Chase bank. Better off taking the trip down the 101 to the Chase off Vineyard where the atmosphere is friendly and very professional.
