I have been with this office before Kerry took over. The service I received for a window repair is unacceptable. Kerry Rafferty never returned my call. His staff, while generally personable, was unwilling to do any research to solve my problem. I had to conduct all of the research. And 5 days later, I still do not have the window in my car replaced. We will be pulling all lines of coverage from this office.
