Waiting now 1 hour at the drivethur i work every day why cant they open up the doors now.This is crazy
My dad and I have accounts there. Quite often their lines are long and they open late. One day the were closed for a hiring event. Many associates are not very friendly or professional. This branch is poorly run. I have been a satisfied customer for many years, just not at this branch.
As I destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah so shall it be for SunTrust Bank... They are the Customer Service Nightmare of this Century, they charge fees to the people who can least afford them and cater only to those with great wealth... A Pox Upon Them... If they were the last bank on this lonely planet I would recommend you put your money in your mattress... They are always understaffed and the staff they have are as incompetent, useless and disrespectful as is humanly possible. When the final judgment day comes, SunTrust Bank officials will feel an extremely warm welcome as they abandon all hope and enter the gates of Hell. The Word of GOD
Earlier this month, approximately February 2nd during a transaction I requested a new atm card. The teller, a gentleman with dreadlocks was assisting me. He was suppose to place the order for the card then. He did not. A few days ago (Feb 18), I went to the Forestville location to make a transaction & the teller checked the system & did not see an order for a new card. Now I have to wait even longer for my debit card. This is a great inconvenience today due to the holiday & the fact that most banks are closed. So I have no access to my money because one of your employees did not do his job. Guess mom was right when she said you all were a "Back Alley Bank"
Short staffed, always a line, stinks like sewage, charge to cash their own checks
