This company is terrible. I suggest you run the other way when they ask you to advise in your financial planning.I signed up with a advisor a few years ago. This advisor left after a few months of signing up. I was never contacted about this or notified who my new advisor would be for many months. I have tried to reach out but never got any response. I finally got a response after I filled an feedback questionnaire giving them poor scores.I was finally able to talk on the phone with one of the advisors this past Friday. I told him about my frustrations with this company and he told me that I would be taken care of. I also told him I want to cancel my account with NWM. He said it was taken care of and expect to see my payment this week. Instead, I see my payment going to my NWM account this morning. I am tired of this company and highly suggest people should look else where.
