Worst agency I have ever dealt with in my 30+ years of having insurance. It’s sad when someone will lie to your face and then not respond when you call them out on it. I’d stay away from these folks if I was anyone looking for a trustworthy agency.

Their prices go up to much

So let me start off by saying I believe Allstate does not care about their long standing customers whatsoever. I also do not believe that having a local agency matters whatsoever. I have hail damage to my roof and they do not want to replace it, I reached out to my local agency, Shirley Jervis, and after the second email finally got a response from someone within the office however I did not feel that they were “on my side “ either as an agency that sold me my policy should be. Allstate is not the cheapest by far however they are the cheapest when it comes to service and has lost this 10+ year customer. Not that they care!
