STAY AWAY! As a business owner myself, I would never do my taxes with this place ever again. They were late (6 months) on all of my taxes, never responsive, NEVER ONCE talked to my actual accountant or got through to him. Only ever spoke to the rude assistant who told me we could not break contract for the following year because it was too late to cancel, then was late on all my taxes and never communicated anything to me. Then told me they were charging me for phone calls to the office WHEN I WAS CALLING TO FIND OUT THE STATUS OF MY TAXES OR SPEAK TO MY ACCOUNTANT I NEVER GOT AHOLD OF. Charged me an arm and a leg for the worst accounting/tax services available. Extremely unprofessional and would never work with them again. Take this as a warning to retain a different accountant or do your taxes elsewhere (H&R Block would’ve been 10x better than this place).
