I found Mr. Piles through Hyatt Legal Plan. He is extremely attentive and replies very quickly to emails and phone calls. I am very happy with his representation and recommend him highly!

Mr Piles handled a closing for my buyer and the title fee to my buyer was double what he charged the seller. The seller is the one who chose the title company. I have never encountered such a high fee for title before and I have been a Realtor for 15 years. The closing was not a great experience in his office compared to other title companies I have worked with. I do not recommend. This review is only for Title services and not the attorney side of his business.
