I just spoke to Kim at the Carbondale Branch. She was wonderful. Very pleasant, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions completely. In a world where customer service and service after the sell is hard to come by, this was a refreshing experience. Great Job! Keep up the good work!! I read the negative reviews and was completely surprised. Maybe she can train people to follow in her footsteps!!

I have a friend who has a motorcycle payment that comes automatic withdrawal from my account every month and he went to this location to deposit the money and they never even posted the deposit to my account. Now my account is $134 short for bills
