This company was apparently named family legacy group until recently but it was kelly morris who my mother hired to revise her trust documents. When my mother passed away last month we were very surprised and upset to find out that kelly lost the documents that she created for mom. After WE finally located ( KELLY NEVER DID FIND THEM) the documents we realized kelly had someone called a"legal assistant " sign the documents while my mother believed she was hiring an attorney. We then needed to hire an actual attorney to help us untangle this unprofessional mess .Unfortunately my 87 year old mother was no match for kelly morris. Did i mention her fees were higher than the attorney we hired here in carlsbad?New business names wont help
