I was mislead to believe my account was set up differently than it was. I should have known something was strange when they had to send me paperwork to sign after setting up my account because they lady in charge of setting up business accounts made a mistake.After a few months of banking here I called in with a problem and when I finally got to speak to the manager I was told I was being combative. At no point did he try to address my issue or help me in anyway. It was easier for him to be rude than attempt to lift a finger in the name of customer service.
They are literally giving out money.
