It’s been eye-opening, working with Jenny on my business. We got up and running just over three years ago, went from ‘hey, this might just be like, a business” to maxing out on how many clients we could accommodate at once in what seemed like the blink of an eye. Great except there was never a time to sit back and work on the little things like being efficient, growing, paying ourselves. It was like we were doing pretty well but we were doing it for everyone else. I liked - obviously, I hope - what I was doing but was also concerned with where it was going because it seemed like the business had a mind of its own. Yeah, I know, not a good thing.Jenny’s brought direction. And focus. And some much needed sleep.
