I called to clear up a matter and get clarification from past since still receiving mail from an old home. I was given an extremely rude tone by Pam and when I confronted this, she said it was not intentional. No apology whatsoever. I am in customer service myself and I do not treat anyone - client or not - the way I was spoken to over the phone. Unprofessional and I am thankful I no longer am with this company.

State Farm is a great insurance company. I especially love Joyce who works for Butch Wallace. She is very knowledgeable and personable. The entire staff here is friendly and helpful.I definitely recommend this agency.
