On a Saturday morning the responsiveness of Chad Koehler (within 6 minutes) returned our call at Partnership Bank as we dealt with a water break. He knew exactly what was needed, took care of all insurance items, and provided us a peace of mind. Chad and his team are role models for customer service, they embrace doing the right thing, and they are passionate about taking care of their clients.
