1. I could count all of your security cameras within 8 seconds of entering your branch. Your security system doesn’t cover the corners of your bank. Nor does it cover a great deal the main area where your customer service representatives are working.2. Your vault precautions are out of date.3. You need to get rid of your paper receipts and statements and switch to electronic.4. I had been asked to do an assessment of your bank, and the customer representative who I had been assigned to assess was rude to me. Your staff needs to know what is considered to be inappropriate fraternization.5. I was unable to give you the grant that you had requested because I could not get any of the bankers to do a five minute informal interview, which counted as 75% of your score. I would have let it slide with a handshake. Legally I could not give you the grant.

They have always been very friendly & very quick. I have banked with 1st bank for 25 years and have been using this branch for 7 of those years and I have always left very pleased with my service & I have never had to wait in line more then a few seconds.
