I have been with this company for at least a year and a half. In that time I have not had one ticket or accident. In that time you have raised my rates constantly even through a pandemic. My agent and his assistant do not call me back, do not email me back or really contact me at all Regarding policy changes I’ve asked for, adding policies or anything else. This is the most unprofessional insurance company I’ve ever worked with. Also the most expensive. I will not be with Allstate very much longer I can promise you that. This has been a terrible experience and I would not recommend Allstate to anyone.
