I can’t say enough good things about Tami Pratt. We had a horribly complex loan situation due to self-employment, a business run at a small loss the previous year, and highly fluctuating income over the last two tax years. As if this wasn’t enough, I was stressed, overworked, and being pulled in every direction during this process. As a result, at times I forgot to follow Tami’s directions and got short-tempered due to my own fumbles. Despite all of this, she came through for us in a huge way. We closed yesterday and even the title company complimented her on how meticulous she was with the information she had to provide to the title company. I highly recommend using Tami Pratt!
