After my hearing , " it is not my problem!"Now that really makes me rethink giving you my money and your remark just made m3 realize you wasted my time this past filing year.I have known ABS Tax Accounting since my daughter was able to be counted as a dependent (1995)she is now 22 years old (and she does my childrens taxes). I have never had one bad experience until this 2017 filing year.First I take all our W2 info to Rachel and normally she does it right then and there. This year she took her time she held onto my papers for week and half or so. Finally my husband and I were told to come in. She initially did my oldest two young adults returns at the begining of Feb. So when she got our return as the parents of our household she should have recalled entering my Sons information while she was on our return. Well we sat there while she completed our return and we paid $160.00. I should have questioned why when she said it was rejected. So she asked for my husbands numbers (DL and SS#) and we left. We got to our side of town and I opened our return to check just to look over the numbers and when I looked she ENTERED MY SONS INFO!!!I called her promptly and asked her why my son is on our returns?????? She then puts me on hold and tells me to come back tomorrow and pick up the corrected forms.I had reservations in the accuracy in my returns but I trusted her to have it absolutely 100% correct the first time. Well I should have voiced my concerns!I DID NOT ONLY CAUSE I TRUSTED HER.That was Feb21st well its a week before the deadline and I still have not seen a letter or my refund. Today I called her office today and asked why I still havent received it. She could have told me it was out of her hands once the return was accepted by the IRS.By telling me "it is not my problem " is so not PROFESSIONAL considering I paid 160$ to have it CORRECT THE FIRST TIME!!!!I dont appreciate being spoken to like that considering she herself messed it up the first time. Then to have the nerve to tell me if I was angry I should not go there next year. Which is fine with me.I just didnt pay 160$ to be treated like that!!!Now after years of her doing my filings, I will not refer or speak of ABS positively or refer no one to this place. Being a loyal customer after all these years I DO NOT APPRECIATE THAT AT ALL!
