Besides them taking forever other cars were coming and going and they were being rude and sarcastic. I was only here to make a payment for my mom thank goodness I don’t bank here.

This location is literally the worst location I’ve ever been to. I’m not even getting service yet I’ve been here for about 40 minutes waiting in line with only two people in front of me. The most incompetent group of bankers I’ve ever encountered. Do not under any circumstances waste your time by going to this bank. This does not reflect Wells Fargo this is literally just the employees at this Wells Fargo location. Useless

I opened an account 2 months ago. I was told that I needed to send in verification documents. I did. My card was cut off 4 days ago and it was stated that I reported it stolen (I did not). I’m waiting for replacement card and today (4 days later) my account is closed. I called and was told it was because I didn’t send verification documents which is not true. I escalated it and I was able to solve the issue. I would rate the case management department 5/5 stars but this location 0 stars!!!! My account was closed in error. I’m very disappointed in this Wells Fargo location and will not return.
