Ed doesn’t provide any explanationh rather he gets back to me with “ Our auto home discount will save you XXper year. Can we quote you? How many cars and how many drivers do you have?” which I heard many many times from him and told him that I am not interested.Ed, stop cross-selling and hear out your customers’ concerns and help them.
