As a first time home buyer I was really nervous about securing the right loan with the right lender. After a quick google search I came across Mr. Feldman with Suntrust. First, he was the only loan officer that answered the phone out of all 6 that I tried contacting from various companies so he had my business from that point going forward. I wasn’t sure what to expect and I hoped that he would be decent but let me just say he EXCEEDED my expectations. After a thorough conversation he researched the best loan for me and took care of things from there and anything that he needed from me to get the final approval from underwriting was put into a very clear and understandable email. I didn’t feel confused at any point in time and he stayed in constant contact with me to ensure the job got done. He was also so kind and patient and never once made me feel bad if I had a question or two. Also, his entire team was great as well and they all showed best in class professionalism.
