Warnings please read before using this company!!! As a business owner I had some back IRS issues. This company stated they can help me resolve my issues with the IRS. After paying them for over a year $11,000.00 to help me reach some type of settlement with the IRS we found nothing was done by this company. I personally stayed in contact with them each month and they keep asking me for the same information over and over again after I had sent them what they request repeatly plus my addtional payments each month. They are well versed on how to take your money and how to delay the process to keep taking your money.They could not show me any updated work or information nor where they we contacting the IRS. This company is a scam and rips people off. Do not be fooled or give them your money! We have personally contacted the IRS and our agent where we made a settlement and an agreement within 1 hour. The IRS agent showed us the only few times they contacted them and what they sent. The IRS is also willing to help us in our suit against this company and do an investigation on them for falsely repersenting us. Again if you have issue with the IRS do not fall for this company lies. Again we will be filing suit against this company for not repersenting our company correctly to the IRS and taking money from us without doing any of the work they promise. This is a form of breach of trust period and theft. I have asked for a refund due to the fact they did nothing to help reslove our IRS issues nor could show us there billable time we paid for each month. Please be warned DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They are the worst company ever and a scam! We spend thousand and thousands of dollars which could of been paid directly to our IRS debt. Do not make the same mistake I did. They will rip you off!!! If anyone else has had this same thing happen to them please contact me asap!
