Horrible example of a business. Good luck getting them to answer the phone, goodluck getting a call back, and good luck getting any information YOU need in a timely manner. All I needed was a copy of my W2 and they sent me the wrong one 4 times. Angela Dowis hasn’t returned a single one of my phone calls. I recommend using CAO consults. Carolyn at CAO answers any questions you could possibly have and if she can’t answer them she’s in a network of accountants who can get your question answered within 24 hours. I will not be back
