Very professional and breaks everything down so I could understand which isnt easy with someone like me

Mr. Siggens provided incompetent service. He filed my 2017 tax return without giving me an opportunity to review in full. The result is that an old address that I have not resided at in two years was listed on my return, along with opt-in for having my refund check mailed to me, rather than direct deposit, which would have been my preference. When I pointed this out to Mr. Siggens, he simply forwarded the form that I would need to file with the IRS to change my address, and instructed me to call the IRS myself to correct the error. It is now the middle of June and it is unclear whether the refund check that was mailed to the incorrect address filed by Mr. Siggens has been cashed by someone else. I have been left with the task of calling the IRS to rectify the issue. As of today, it will be at least six weeks before the IRS is finished with its investigation.
