Great price for great insurance, very happy with service.

First I called and the young lady that answered was very nice when directed me to a claim specialist. I got on the phone with a Scott, very rude and abrupt in his response to my questions. He only asked one question before dismissing me and then hanging up on me. I called his supervisor leaving a message for Audrey, requesting she return my call. Never have I had someone be so rude and dismissive when speaking to someone that could literally be going through one of the worse days of their life. Very disappointed in my over all interaction with Scott.
