I wouldn’t recommend this for business or employment. I’m a former employee and for the first 2-3 months he had an unlicensed team member doing things only legal for a licensed agent to do. Furthermore he advised a customer to commit insurance fraud by putting back in a claim that had already happened and claim had tried to be submitted to an uninsured property after the policy got written for it. Very shady, unprofessional, and unethical when it comes to business.
