I am extremely disappointed to find out all the branches of Union bank are now only open 9-5. I understand the limited availability in the early days of the pandemic. However, I work during the day and rarely can get to the bank by 5pm. I have been banking with union for almost 19 years and chose it for the convenience and accessible hours. Seems each time it is swallowed by another corporation it gets less client friendly. I am saddened that I will no longer be able to get my needs met by union first market Atlantic bank. Clearly no concern has been taken for working people. I will be sure to share my findings with friends and family who I have referred to what I once considered an excellent bank.

Horrible service. Drove 20miles to a different branch just to be treated like a human

This branch is only open for new customers by appointment only. No services for existing customers. Atlantic in general is real sporadic about hours recently.
