Excellent service from both Art and Mellisa. We had a couple claims earlier this year after a bad hailstorm and everything was resolved fast. It’s great to have a knowledgeable team who you can trust when you need it the most. Highly recommend.

Art is a great agent and takes the time to really understand your needs. I have been very happy with the coverage I have with Farmers Insurance and they have always made it easy to submit claims and walk you through the claims process. Both Art Sordo and Farmers have followed up with me after a claim or accident and they are very responsive overall. I had State Farm before switching many years ago and I feel that the claim payout is substantially more comprehensive with Farmers and the claims adjusters/customer service reps are better trained/more knowledgeable.
