Amazing the best and super fast!! If you choose to go to anybody else and not him, your missing out and you will simply regret it! He is by far the best in Illinois ! Makes you feel comfortable the moment you step in the office ! The two employees he has working in the front are very nice respectful, they greet you the moment your hand opens the door ! They try to do as much stuff Paperwork etc as fast as possible and they will always make sure you get the tax return you deserve and even on a busy day or evening you will be in an out of there in less than an hour !

This guy Jasmin is unorganized. If I could give him zero stars I would. He schedules 5 people for taxes including me at 11:00 am. And on top of that he is running late and showes up at 12:15...he is constantly late. I left my 2016 taxes to be corrected and it took him 13 months to admit to me he lost my taxes somewhere. This is not a joke. When I requested copy from IRS...there is a fee you have to pay...went back to him he gave me a check for $95.00 and 2 days later check bounced on me. He constantly changes employes because this business is like circus. My friend gave him 2 quarters of ifta for trucking....and he lost that too. Never leave anything with this guy...you will never see it again. If he gives you his cell number he will never answer your call...when you call office..please leave a message he will call you back which he never does. TAKE MY ADVISE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

This year surprisingly was like never before. The service was on time and fast. Keep up!!
