This company is terrible with customer service and product quality. They have no sense of urgency when taking care of repairs, a complete lack of communication when dealing with clients and they try to conceal tons of fees when getting customers on board. They are completely unprofessional, have a lack of respect for clients and their needs, and are unresponsive when needed.UPDATE: Following up from this previous review. My first service call was made 6 weeks ago, my machine is still not fixed and I have not received a loaner while my machine has been down. There has been zero sense of urgency to get my machine back up and running but I have received calls from the company to record our meter readings so they can still bill me. This is a completely unacceptable amount of time to receive proper service.UPDATE #2: It has now been 8 weeks. There seems to be no end in sight. I spoke with the service technician manager, who told me that my machine is "mostly fixed" and it is now my problem. He also threatened to cancel my contract with the company because I asked him to repair the machine fully.

Worst customer service I have ever received.We are in the midst of moving buildings and I contacted Konica MULTIPLE times about getting our printers moved to the new building. I called, left voicemails, was transferred by corporate. NOTHING. No response, no email reach out (Even though corporate told me 4/5 times someone would reach out to me via email) Sometimes I called the Chicago office and no voicemail was even available, it just kept on ringing. I was given 3 different names to talk to.Had to get our printers moved by movers instead. I
