My warranty company purchased a motor from lkq it went out in two weeks it took then one week to call shop they sent another sounds terrible they didnt want to pay for everything wanted me to pay another 550 on top of the 1000 i spent already for the 1st bad motor and only 10 days of rental even though they sent bad product took two weeks for them to pay shop after beingfixed almost loss job behind them from missing work because of no transporation very unprofessional and doesnt care about customers

I have an auto shop and have dealt with LKQ for years now, but today was the last straw they sent me a trans that was no good and instead of making it right and getting another trans to me right away they wanted me to pay 200 dollars extra!! this is how they treat people! come get your trans and bring me my money back you shitbirds

I would stay away from these crooks!! I have ordered from them 4 different times for my business and all 4 times they have quoted one price and show up with parts with inflated prices of hundreds of dollars over what was quoted. They are thieves and liars!!

Worst car parts company I have ever dealt with. Sent one wrong part, never sent the other two and no manager has returned my calls.
