I am the Finance Manager at Windy City Indian Motorcycle, we are located just north of Chicago. A Customer of ours wanted to purchase his motorcycle and use Universal 1 Credit Union for the financing aspect of the transaction. Being out of state, things tend to be more tedious regarding paperwork, titles, form of payment etc. I spoke to Robyn to verify the transaction and it seems, Illinois and Ohio have different state regulations when issuing Titles.
