I will make this as professional as I possibly can even though she didn’t give me the curtesy. I have been ghosted from this lender after giving her ALL my information. She hired my mother as a nanny and her husband the “realtor” was border line illegally rude to my mother so she left. I called Silvana, left a voicemail, and email but she never responded. I would have understood if she would have called to explain or at the very least sent me a text explaining why they did not want to work with me. She let something personal get in between her profession and did not care about me, her supposed new client. My company’s legal team is advising me how to handle this with Pacific lending due to my concerns with my information and the lack of communication on her part. Everyone please be warned if you proceed to work with her and do not get along with Silvanas husband (Romero Rosales “the Realtor” ) please be aware you will receive this treatment as well.
