I have been a customer with NWN since 2008 and it has been nothing short of amazing! Every pennie counts nowadays and my agent Ruth has always fought to find me the best price for my insurance every single time without failure. The customer service is excellent! Every time that I call, whether it is to make a payment, change my policy, or to ask any random question that may pop into my head, they have never made me wait for an extended period of time and they have always gone above and beyond and put me (the customer) first! I could sing their praises for days but I will stop here. From the bottom of my heart, thank you NWN!
