I have been with Alpha Tax for about 7 years now. Duane himself is great! I have had a great experience myself up until this year. My boyfriend went this year with it being his second year. Last year everything went great. This year not so much. The tax prepper Leasha was very rude. We had a little confusion with something she tried explaining to my boyfriend. When I tried to ask what she meant she was very unprofessional and said she will not sit and explain herself to us about our confusion with a nasty attitude. All we was trying to do is get some clarification and I guess that was to much to ask. I will be taking my taxes elsewhere from now on.
