Hector is AMAZING!! My grandmother has been with Allstate for years, and it was definitely time to revisit her policy. Hector went above and beyond in helping me switch my grandmothers policy to best meet her needs. He answered all of my billions of questions, and not once did I feel he was trying to "sell" me on anything.
