Opened up a new account and could not have received better service. They spent valuable time explaining the available services and also a little history of the bank and the area. We had all our questions answered and were even given a tour of the building and the opportunity to meet the fine folks working there. While waiting for some paperwork to be completed I noticed all the other clients receiving the same attention and care. It’s obvious that customer care is an integral part of this bank and we are very happy with our choice of F&M Bank.

I can not feel gave any star for this branch location because all the employees has unprofessional also all the girls working at this location service the Cline by color like who we are. I when to another the branch them didn’t treat the Cline like this place. Today is was 2019 but I’m feel treating in the 1800....
