The presented themselves as Quickbooks experts that could help us do some things in house. In practice, they were far from experts and never helped us do anything in house thereby keeping their monthly bills high.It was almost impossible to ever speak in person on the telephone and their infrequent innperson meetings cost a lot and always provided very little information outside of a report that is easily generated in QB.On personal taxes, they are the worst that I had ever had.I would highly Reccomend making sure that you check the credentials of the firm.
